Abstract

L'invention concerne une chambre de combustion comportant une extrémité fermée avant avec plusieurs buses d'injection de carburant et une extrémité ouverte arrière, une paroi extérieure ainsi qu'un tube central délimitant avec la paroi extérieure les zones de combustion. Pour réduire l'émission de la fumée plusieurs trous espacés circonférentiellement sont pratiqués dans la paroi du tube à proximité de la zone de combustion primaire, et ces trous sont dimensionnés pour introduire dans les zones de combustion une quantité d'air d'environ 1,5 à 2,5 % de la quantité d'air totale entrant dans la chambre de combustion. Utilisation de la chambre de combustion par exemple dans un moteur à turbine à gaz pour avions.
