Abstract

Distributeur à capsules plastiques à grand débit pour alimenter des boucheuses ou autres machines. Il comprend une trémie 1, un ensemble d'alvéoles mobiles 2 pour la préhension des capsules, des balais dépileurs 11, un orienteur 12, des couloirs 13, des goulottes 14 et 16 et un tapis final 15. Les capsules en vrac dans la trémie 1 sont prises par les alvéoles 2, dépilées par les balais 11 et orientées en 12. Pour un grand débit aucun sens de capsules n'est éliminé. Après les couloirs 13 et goulottes de descente 14 et 16 toutes les capsules sont reprises sur un tapis rapide 15 qui les amène à la machine à alimenter goulotte 18. Des déflecteurs 17 et une sécurité 19 terminent le cycle avec pour l'excès éventuel un retour à la trémie 1 par le trop-plein 20. Ce distributeur est destiné à alimenter les boucheuses de verres à moutarde, yaourts, etc. ou tous autres conditionnements.
