Abstract

Procédé de fabrication et de remplissage d'un récipient, tel que gobelet ou bouteille, en matière plastique. On forme dans un moule, en une seule pièce, la paroi latérale et une paroi d'extrémité du récipient 10, on fixe une feuille de couverture 24 sur la face externe de la paroi d'extrémité, on réalise au moins une fente d'ouverture dans la paroi d'extrémité par fusion partielle de la matière thermoplastique, les parties de la paroi d'extrémité entourant cette fente étant solidaires de façon étanche de la feuille de couverture, on remplit le récipient par une ouverture de remplissage située à l'opposé de la paroi d'extrémité et on obture hermetiquement l'ouverture de remplissage par un fond rapporté. Ce procédé convient notamment au conditionnement dans des récipients en matière thermoplastique.
