Abstract

The telephone call receiving system is associated with a high frequency signal transmission circuit. This circuit has a call signal shaping circuit which generates a pulse cut off signal at a predetermined low frequency. This low frequency is less than the frequency of the call signal. A high frequency transmitter transmits the high frequency signal modulated by the cutoff signal. A high frequency modulated signla receiver circuit has a high frequency receiver (21) which detects the pulsed cutoff signal. The receiver circuit includes a tactile excitation system (23). The tactile system (23) generates mechanical vibrations at a low frequency modulated by the control signal detected by the high frequency receiver. The tactile excitation circuit (23) has an oscillator which is sensitive to the frequency of the mechanical vibrations. The circuit has a mechanical vibrator having a magnetic circuit and strips with a magnetic end which vibrate at the frequency. The vibrations are activated when the oscillator circuit induces a magnetic field in the magnetic circuit.
