Abstract

L'invention concerne la production d'ozone en laboratoire et dans l'industrie. Le dispositif employé comporte un conduit cylindrique de section circulaire relié par une extrémité à un moyen d'alimentation d'air et par l'autre extrémité à un conduit d'évacuation, ce conduit cylindrique étant relié à la terre, et un fil métallique rectiligne de même axe que le conduit cylindrique et porte à une tension choisie dans l'intervalle de 1 000/50 000 volts, tension continue stabilisée à dix pour cent près, ce fil étant entièrement recouvert d'un matériau isolant, poreux et perméable à l'air. L'emploi de ce dispositif rend la production d'ozone possible dans des conditions de rendement telles que l'assainissement des divers effluents, notamment de l'eau, est économiquement réalisable
