Abstract

The cushion in the shape of a split ring reassembling a croissant which is closed, is especially intended to hold and support a very young baby before it is old enough to sit up by itself. By surrounding the waist of the baby it can move around without sliding down or coming to any harm. When placed inside the cushion ring on its tummy, the child cannot knock itself, although it could move along within the ring amid and towards furniture with sharp angles.
