Abstract

La présente invention concerne une composition médicamenteuse à usage oral. La composition est un comprimé de Naftidrofuryl enrobé par un film constitué d'hydroxopropylméthylcellulose et d'éthylcellulose, la teneur en éthylcellulose étant comprise entre 30 et 50%, et contenant 8 à 10 % de propylène glycol par rapport au dérivé cellulosique. La composition à activité thérapeutique prolongée est utilisable dans les traitements des artériopathies des membres, des troubles circulatoires des extrémités, des accidents vasculaires cérébraux et de l'insuffisance circulatoire diffuse du troisième âge.
