Abstract

Procédé de fabrication de douilles pour cartouches. L'une des extrémités du culot est conformée en valve et se loge à l'intérieur; cette conformation joue le rôle d'une valve de fermeture et elle commence par une épaisseur pratiquement nulle. Elle a une hauteur d'au moins 2 millimètres. Sa face extérieure est cylindrique, tandis que sa face intérieure est inclinée d'environ 15 degrés par rapport à la verticale. Un élément tubulaire entoure le culot jusqu'à une certaine hauteur; son diamètre intérieur est légèrement inférieur au diamètre extérieur du culot cylindrique pour que leur liaison ait lieu par simple pression, ces deux pièces n'étant liées que par ladite pression. Applications à la fabrication des cartouches pour armes à feu.
