Abstract

Package comprises a stack of flat articles, e.g. folded plastic refuses sacks, surrounded by a rectangular supporting frame; the whole is wrapped in plastics film which snugly envelopes the package and has a seam extending along at least one of its vertical edges. the frame comprises thin cardboard, folded to form a rectangle. One side of the frame may have two notched corners. The package is not easily damaged by high stacking. and is waterproof. The plastics envelope esp. has a slot enabling individual sacks to be withdrawn.
