Abstract

L'invention concerne une armoire à plateaux. Chaque plateau 2 comporte une enceinte chauffante 8 délimitée entre une coque 9 et une cloche amovible 10. Une résistance chauffante 16 est placée entre le fond 12 de la coque 9 et un capot 19. La coque 9 a une bordure 11 noyée dans l'épaisseur d'une plaque supérieure 3 du plateau Une mousse solide 5 remplit l'espace intérieur du plateau compris entre la plaque 3 et une plaque inférieure 4. Le plateau 2 et la cloche 10 sont des pièces monobloc rigides et massives, insensibles aux déformations dues aux dilatations thermiques.
