Abstract

La présente invention a pour objet un dispositif de formage et de calibrage de gaine dans une installation d'extrusion-soufflage de gaines tubulaires refroidies sur mandrin interne. Elle est caractérisée en ce que le dispositif comporte au moins un manchon entourant la gaine et coaxial à la filière et au mandrin, ledit manchon s'étendant axialement d'une région voisine de la sortie de la filière à la partie cylindrique du mandrin et comprenant au moins une cloison transversale qui présente en son centre une ouverture agencée pour épouser avec un léger jeu le contour du mandrin et de la gaine qui entoure ce derncer, ledit manchon ménageant ainsi au moins une chambre annulaire autour de la gaine, le dispositif pour y établir une dépression et des moyens de réglage de cette dépression. Elle se rapporte à un dispositif de formage et de calibrage de gaine dans une installation d'extrusion-soufflage de gaines tubulaires.
