Abstract

Procédé de fabrication de pièces moulées en béton. Ce procédé est caractérisé par le fait que l'on remplit des moules ayant un volume VF de béton frais non compacté; que l'on opère ensuite un pré-comptactage du béton de remplissage pour l'amener à un volume Vv; que l'on remplit le volume des moules V F -VV devenu libre avec du béton frais, et que l'on compacte enfin les pièces moulées en les soumettant à une faible compression et à des vibrations ou secousses. Utilisable pour la fabrication de pièces moulées en béton de hauteur réglable prédéterminée.
