Abstract

L'invention est du domaine des appareils respiratoires. Elle vise plus précisément un appareil de pompage de gaz respiratoire pour la plongée qui comprend un certain nombre de cylindres de pompe à piston alternatif, un collecteur commun pour recevoir le gaz respiratoire refoulé par chacun desdits cylindres de pompes et une source de force motrice pour actionner les pistons des pompes, cet appareil étant caractérisé par le fait qu'il comporte au moins quatre pistons opérant successivement avec des déphasages mutuels se recouvrant partiellement entre deux refoulements successifs de gaz par les pistons. Cet appareil est capable d'alimenter le plongeur avec un courant regulier de gaz respiratoire.
