Abstract

L'invention a pour objet une composition d'encre spécialement conçue pour être utilisée dans un appareil d'impression par jet. Elle comprend, en poids, de 0,5 à 20 % d'un composé normalement incolore mais devenant fluorescent à la lumière UV; de 0 à 30 % d'éthers monométhylique ou monoéthylique d'éthyléne-glycol ou de propylèneglycol; et éventuellement jusqu'à 2% dun électrolyte, le complément étant un solvant mixte eau/mono alcool aliphatique inférieur, la tension de surface de l'encre à 20 degrés c'étant de 22 à 40 dyne/cm, sa viscosité à 20 degrés C étant de 1,5 à 16 cp, le pH étant de 2,5 à 9,5 et la résistivité inférieure à 2 000 ohm-cm.The invention relates to an ink composition specially designed for use in a jet printing apparatus. It comprises, by weight, from 0.5 to 20% of a compound which is normally colorless but which becomes fluorescent in UV light; from 0 to 30% of monomethyl or monoethyl ethers of ethylene glycol or of propylene glycol; and possibly up to 2% of an electrolyte, the remainder being a mixed solvent water / lower aliphatic mono alcohol, the surface tension of the ink at 20 degrees being 22 to 40 dyne / cm, its viscosity at 20 degrees C being 1.5 to 16 cp, the pH being 2.5 to 9.5 and the resistivity less than 2000 ohm-cm.
