Abstract

An expanded polystyrene case (1) is used. The case has a tightly fitting lid (2) which is held by bands (3). A flexible bag (4) is used which receives a raised gridded platform (8) on which fresh fish and ice are packed. The platform has vertical walls dividing its underside into isolated cells into which liquid can drain. The platform may be used in the case without any bag (4).
