Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé pour accroître le rendement alimentaire d'un animal. On administre à l'animal un extrait qui est une fraction enzymatique obtenue par culture de Streptomyces griseus, en particulier de la souche NRRL 5747 dans un milieu de fermentation. L'invention s'applique aux ruminants tels que les bovins et également à d'autres animaux non ruminants tels que les poulets, les dindes et les porcs.
