Abstract

L'invention concerne l'analyse chimique d'un constituant contenu dans des fluides aqueux comprenant de l'acide ascorbique en tant qu'agent perturbateur. La composition comprend des réactifs qui, en présence du constituant à analyser, tel que l'acide urique, donnent une modification décelable par au moins une reaction d'oxydoréduction, et de l'acide ascorbique oxydase en quantité suffisante pour réduire la perturbation due à l'acide ascorbique. La figure montre l'action indésirable de l'acide ascorbique en donnant la densité par réflexion DR en fonction de la concentration en acide urique contenu dans un liquide aqueux, pour différentes quantités d'acide ascorbique. Application à des feuilles d'analyse multicouches pour titrer le glucose, l'acide urique ou le cholestérol dans le sérum sanguin.
