Abstract

Système de mesure de parcours pour véhicules sur rails, comprenant un radar à effet Doppler permet de déduire par intégration le trajet parcouru. L'invention prévoit l'emploi d'au moins une antenne très directionnelle A1 inclinée par rapport à la direction du déplacement et destinée à capter les signaux réfléchis par la voie, et de jalons répondeurs espacés le long du parcours qui lors de leur franchissement déclenchent un signal convenu dans le dispositif de mesure de parcours, permettant ainsi de corriger l'évaluation obtenue par intégration de la fréquence Doppler. Application notamment en exploitation ferroviaire.
