Abstract
Dans le circuit de commande et d'adressage selon l'invention les circuits générateurs de tension sont isolés du panneau par deux diodes individuelles Dl, D2 à chaque électrode du panneau. Seuls, les circuits de maintien 101, 102, 103 et 117, 118, 119 et les diodes D1, D2 supportent les courants de maintien relativement élevés de sorte que les circuits d'adressage 114, 133 peuvent être des dispositifs à impédance élevée et à faible courant. Des moyens de commutation 108, 125 sont prévus entre les électrodes et une iode de blocage pour limiter la tension appliquée à la cellule au potentiel de maintien maximum, lorsque ces moyens de commutation sont rendus passants. Ces moyens sont bloqués pendant l'adressage << d'écriture >> pour permettre que la tension appliquée à la cellule s'accroisse au-delà du potentiel de maintien.
