La présente invention concerne des endo-antigènes de Staphylococcus aureus et leur procédé de préparation. procédé est caractérisé par le fait qu'il comprend les étapes consistant à cultiver une souche bacterienne de Staphylococcus aureus sur un milieu de culture, à extraire les bactéries du milieu de culture, à effectuer la lyse des bactéries extraites, à centrifuger le lysat, et à recueillir le surnageant contenant les endo-antigènes, et à détoxifier les endo-antigènes du surnageant Les endo-antigènes obtenus sont utiles comme réactifs pour recherches sérologiques.
