Abstract

Ce procédé de chargement de fines de charbon dans un réacteur de gazéification consiste à mélanger des fines de charbon de 0 à 10 mm, de préférence de 0 à 3 ou 5 mm, à un agglomérant hydrosoluble (mélasse ou lessive résiduaire de traitement de la cellulose au sulfite) et à injecter directement le mélange au moyen d'une extrudeuse dans le puits du gazéificateur à travers une filière qui forme la vanne de chargement du charbon.
