Abstract

Plieuse ourleuse de chantier pour garnitures en zinc de bâtiments. Sur le manteau 10 d'une plieuse comportant un tablier 20 et un sommier de pliage eclipsable 3, on peut adapter un sommier d'ourlage 4. Ce sommier 4 comprend une barre entretoise 40 boulonnée sur le manteau 10, et un mors pivotant 41, rabattable par l'action des excentriques 42. On dispose la feuille à rouler et une tige calibre en appui sur la face butée 40a de la barre 40, on les serre par rabattement du mors 41, et on roule la feuille sur la tige en relevant le tablier 2. La formation de l'ourlet complet comporte 3 roulages successifs sur 90 degrés . Application aux travaux de couverture de bâtiments exécutés sur le chantier.
