Abstract

L'invention décrit de nouvelles compositions d'un polymère dans des polyols, leur obtention et leur application, par réaction avec des polyisocyanates, pour donner des polyuréthannes. La composition est une dispersion stable de petites particules d'un polymère formé par polymérisation du ou des monomères, en présence d'un catalyseur à radicaux libres et en l'absence d'un alkyl-mercaptan, dans un mélange de polyols (55 à 95 % d'un polyol dont la masse moléculaire n'est pas supérieure à 4 000 et environ 45 à 5 % d'un polyol dont la masse moléculaire moyenne en nombre n'est pas inférieure à 5 000). On peut produire des polyuréthannes massifs ou des mousses pouvant notamment servir à du rembourrage (accoudoirs, bourrelets de protection, matelas, etc)
