Abstract

L'antithrombine III de grande pureté est obtenue à partir du plasma de sang humain. D'abord le fibrinogène et le facteur VIII sont séparés par précipitation. La prothrombine est récupérée sous la forme d'un adsorbat sur du phosphate tricalcique finement divisé. L'albumine et la gamma globuline se retrouvent dans un surnageant aqueux. L'antithrombine est recueillie dans une phase précipitée. Le procédé permet d'obtenir les fibrinogènes, facteur VIII, complexe de prothrombine, albumine, gamma globuline et impuretés protéiniques sous des formes susceptibles de donner lieu à des préparation utiles.
