Abstract

The plant growing container (1) incorporates a row of separate cells, with a first and second wall section (2, 3) both made of relatively thin, flexible, non-porous plastic sheeting. Each wall section (2, 3) has a row of spaced out, elongated shoulders (5, 6) pointing inside the container (1), and which are interconnected by connecting pieces (7, 8). A series of parallel, half-troughs (9, 10) opening towards the inside of the container form the cells. There are holes in the bottom of each cell. The inside of the connecting pieces (7, 8) in the lengthwise direction of the cells have downward running root grooves (18, 19).
