Abstract

A document wallet is particularly designed to hold medical documents, for hospital use, to hold all relevant information of the case history of a patient. The wallet may have three panels (A, B, C) with spines (1) between panels, and fitted with a suitable fastening device (4) at one edge. On the inside are incorporated various types of pockets (2) and spring clips (3) to hold the documents. One pocket can be transparent. Slides can be formed integrally on the outside, e. g. on the spine, for insertion of reference strips. An alternative design has two flaps, and instead of the edge fastening, strps or ribbons can be attached for securing the panels.
