Abstract
The terrestrial telescope has an image erecting device comprising two aspherical concave mirrors (2, 3) placed opposite each other so that an incident beam is reflected by each one successively, and a convergent refractive system (4) placed on the path of the beam reflected by the second mirror (3). The two mirrors may have ellipsoidal and hyperbolic meridians respectively and the convergent system may also be on the path of the beam reflected by the first mirror. The second mirror (3) may be formed by the concave face of the convergent refractive system, this face being made reflective.
