Abstract

Dialysis chambers divided by a serpentine permeable membrane secured at each end by injection of a bonding agent between the membrane and the chamber wall are constructed using inflatable bags to temporarily fill the twin fluid input/output channels along each side of the chamber before injecting the sealant around the membrane. Used for mfr. of haemodialysis chambers, humidifiers etc. The inflated bags prevents blocking of the inlet/outlet passages by excess sealant, are quick and clean to install-and extract the re-use.
