Abstract

The plaster chimney shaft consists of stacked pyramid shaped sections, all the pyramids having a vertical back surface. The widest section (A) has a flat base, and a top rim (2) with groove (3) all round. On it is placed another section (B), with a base (4) in which is a tongue (5) similar to the groove (3) in section (A). Similarly, the third section (C) has a base (8) with a tongue (9) and an upper surface (10) with groove (11) in. An additional section (D) can be placed on top, with a front surface (12) less sloping than the corresponding surface (12a) of the underneath truncated pyramid, and with sides (13) more sloping than the corresponding surfaces of the truncated pyramid.
