Abstract

The pivoting lever has at its end at least one pointed plunger, and the bottom of the housing carries at least two clamps. A hairpin-shaped contact spring (13) cooperates with one shank with the plunger, in order to perform a tilting and sliding movement, thus bringing its other shank into contact either with two terminal clamps (3,4) or with a single one (4) only. Preferably the contact spring has a straight lower shank, extended on one side by a section shaped like an inverted L. The transition from this shank to another one is rounded, while the other free end terminates in a V-shaped section. The contact spring may be a plate with an upwards bent flexible section.
