Abstract

The transporting trolley (1) for lightweight boats has an axle (2) which carries two wheels (3) and to which is fixed a chassis (4). The chassis is tubular and has two support pieces (5) which support the lower part of the hull of the boat (7). There are two other supports (8) which support the upper part (9) of the hull. There are similar fixings (11, 12) with stops and locating holes. These are locked by pieces (17, 18) on the hull by rods (19, 20), fitted to the fixings (11, 12). The hull is thus firmly secured. The wheels come behind the boat centre of gravity and the chassis has a central member running past the bow, bent upwards to make a tow bar.
