Abstract

Horizontal ironing board which can be collapsed into a vertical position in a wall-mounted case comprises a board of which the rear end is mounted slidably on >=1 vertical guide, and which is articulated on a horizontal shaft located near the upper section of a pivoting portion of the front face of the case. The front face of the case pref. consists of two panels of which the lower anel is articulated on a horizontal shaft at the bottom of the wall face of the case, while the upper panel is articulated on a horizontal shaft supported by side plates projecting from the wall. The board is articulated on the lower panel. The case is thin and can easily be blended in with the decorations.
