Abstract

The method is for folding disposable sterile surgical overalls, which completely cover the top of the body and arms with a back fastening (4). The garment is first turned inside out with the sleeves (3) inside. It is then folded along at least one longitudinal fold, leaving the arm holes (6) accessible. Finally it is folded in a zigzag along transversal folds. There are flaps or tapes (7) at the level of the arm holes inside the garment, preferably at the side of the lateral panels (2, 2a). To unfold the garment these are grasped and pulled out to unfold the garment ready for use.
