Abstract

The wardrobe hook for car application has a basic shape with a retaining ring and an integral hook (2) but so that it can be readily mounted on a rail or the like and the ring is designed to open an close. To this end a clip fastening is provided wherein one end of the ring has webs (4) and locking projections (5) which run in the direction of the flat side of the coat hook to engage in a recess on the side facing the ring. Lateral stops (8) are provided for the locking projections so that the hook can withstand severe stress without danger of falling down.
