Abstract
The supple conductor element (10) is for use in electrotherapy and consists of a support (12) made of metallic material. It has links which are covered at least in part by a thin metallic coating (14). The coating covers at least the edge of the support. The coating layer is made in a metal or metallic composition with a good thermal or electrical conductivity. The support is made from a metal or metallic composition with good mechanical properties. The element is manufactured by cleaning the parts of the support to be covered and then depositing the coating layer in liquid form.
