Abstract

A trapezial ventral section is supported on the wearer's body by an elastic belt, which fastens with press studs. This ventral section supports a cloth pocket which has a waterproof plastic lining. The pocket fastens to the ventral section, also with press. studs. A short piece of cotton or similar material at the upper back of the pocket protects the wearer, at least in part, from contact with the waterproof lining. The pocket holds a removable insert of cellulose wadding or similar water-adsorbent material. Pref. the outside of the pocket is made of a synthetic polyamide or similar textile.
