Abstract

The catalogue or brochure to be sent by post and designed to dispense with a separate envelope, consists of a set of leaves, each with a stip of adhesive down the middle, by means of which they are joined together. The set of sheets is then folded down the joint line, the other end being free. The top sheet is printed as an envelope, with space for the address and stamp. The remaining two edges are then closed in a suitable manner, and can be freed by removing a tear strip from each or by removing a perforated portion. A similar strip can be fitted over the fourth side. After removal of all tear strips the set of pages is then used as a normal brochure.
