Abstract

The distributor is partic, for motor vehicle hydrostatic steering systems, having a slide with two control grooves for the pressure and corresponding collars moving axially in a throttle between two working positions and a neutral one. For each direction in which the distributor works there are two throttle points on the control edges of the slide (13). One, on the outer ridge (22) of one of the control grooves (10) is of relatively large section, and the other, on the inner edge of the other groove (26) of relatively small section. The throttle points can be formed by interrupted annular chambers.
