Abstract

Each of the buildings (2, 3, 4) forming the model of the dwelling, e.g. the garage and the main house, are formed fitting together a number of modular elements (5) each of which represents a specific room, in a required combination. The dimensions of each element (5) are multiples of a basic unit, to allow them to be intercharged to give a required room layout, and each is in the form of an open box, the inside of which is fitted out in accordance with the fittings in the respective room. The model (1) is positioned on a graph board (13), to which a clamp arm for supporting a camera is fixed at one side, so that the camera can be used to photograph the room layout of the different storeys of the dwelling.
