Abstract

The brush is made up of a removable support (1) which is mounted on a central rod and is an extension of the handle. This support is a cylindrical shaft which has a number of longitudinal hollows (4, 5, 6,) spaced equidistantly. Heating rods (7, 8, 9) which can be heated to a suitable temperature are placed in these hollows and project out between the bristles. Tufts of bristles (10, 10', 11, 11') are fixed in the support between the hollows. At the extremity of the support the heating rods are held in place by a cover which is screwed on to the end of the central threaded rod.
