Abstract

An inner container (12) has a long neck (20) coming to a point (18). This container is sealed after filling. The neck has a number of grooves (7), either helical or parallel to its axis. The neck fits neatly in the opening (17) of the outer container (1). A cover (10) fits closely over the long neck and round the top of the outer container. This cover has internal grooves which correspond to those on the long neck. A sealing ring (11) is provided. The concentric containers can be formed by welding the sides to a common base. The substances can be delivered at the same time or successively by cutting through the cover or the cover and neck, or byremoving the cover first.
