Abstract

A hollow body (1) has two shell pieces (2) (3) housing a diaphragm (5) with a flexible web (5a) and a rigid part (5b) which separates two pressure chambers. A compensating chamber (6) is joined to a pressure reservoir (7) via a choke (8). There is a load chamber (9) connected to a reverse loading valve (10). The regulating valve has a body (11) with openings (12) (13) closed by a bung (14) with non return valve (16) inside and a differential piston (18). The bung connects with the brakes. There is an electrovalve (33), actuated by vehicle weight controlling air to the lower side of the diaphragm and, hence, to the brakes.
