Abstract

A method is described whereby multi-visual images may be projected from a single source on to one or several screens. The technique uses a thin transparent sheet of material (2), with parallel faces, interposed in the light beam (1) from a cine or still projector. One image is transmitted directly through the sheet on to one screen (3) and a symmetrical image is reflected along a path (4) on to another screen (5). Several of the sheets may be placed in the light path to obtain several images on a corresponding number of screens. Variation of the angle (ALPHA) allows trick effects and variation of angle (BETA) allows changing images to be produced. Uses include all kinds of image projection and illuminated advertisements.
