Abstract

This anchorage which is suitable for low-voltage overhead cables has a wedge-shaped main body (1) made from a rustproof material. A loop with swivel mountings on the main body, is provided for the final mounting at the anchorage point. Three jaws (6, 7) slide inside the main body and have the same taper as that body. The jaws have circular grooves (8) to accept the conductors and are made from insulating material. The sliding action of the jaws into the wedge-shaped main body provides the gripping action anchoring the conductors.
