Abstract

Rotor for a high-power steam condensing turbine has a disc wheel with blades attached to it at the lower part, with disc walls to which are attached blades of the upper part. Each vane of the lower part consists of the least two parts such that in cross section at 90 deg. to the blade axis, it has a profile consisting of at least two elements, spaced apart by the size of the blade channel; at least two elements of the profile are attached to its disc wall. Preferably the elements of each blade of the lower part are related to the speed vector of the working medium in series with adjacent elements of blades of the lower part so that they form aerodynamic profiles. The cross section of the blades of the lower part has increased strength against the torque of the forces of the steam flow, reducing the heat losses at the lower stage and increasing turbine efficiency.
