Abstract

Antimycotic compsns. contain at least one cpd. of formula (I) or their physiologically acceptable salts: (R = H or opt. substd. alkyl, cycloalkyl, aryl or aralkyl). (I), some already known as pesticides are useful in treatment of mycosis in humans or animals caused e.g. by Candida, Epidermophyton, Aspergillus, Trichophyton, Microsporon, Histoplasima, Coccidiodes and Sporotrichum spp. They are administered topically or systemically in usual forms at 10-300, pref. 50-200 mg/kg/day. (I) are prepd. by reacting RCONH. CHCl.-CCl3 with imidazole in a diluent such as acetonitrile in presence of an acid acceptor.
