Abstract

The document is inserted between two sheets of e.g. transparent plastics material, with the sheets being held together by elements integral with the two sheets. These elements may comprise peripheral projections formed in one sheet (11) during manufacture, which engage in corresponding sockets formed in the other sheet (12). Alternatively one sheet may form the base on which the document is laid, with the second sheet placed on top of it being of smaller breadth and/or width, so that the edges of the base sheet can be folded over to form flaps enclosing the edges of the second sheet. These flaps may have projections which fit into sockets in the second sheet.
