Abstract

Two mirrors (1) and (2) are mounted on separate arms (3). Each mirror is ball jointed at (7) and (8) and each arm (3) extends to a common mounting plate (4) and is housed in an adjustable seating (5) or (6). Each mirror is thus individually adjustable. The usual field of view of single mirror is thus enlarged and it is possible to eliminate "blind spots". The metal arms are different lengths such that they may be adjusted to positions where one mirror is directly above the second mirror. The assembly may be used for any road vehicle.
