Abstract

The clutch shaft has an eccentric on which a gear toothed on the outside is fitted, which engages with a gear toothed on the inside on one of the two members. Rotation of the shaft causes interaction between the gear toothed on the outside and the one toothed on the inside. Rotation of the gear toothed on the outside about its own axis is prevented by limitation of the movement of the gear toothed on the outside in two directions at right angles and in a plane at right angles to the shaft axis.
