Abstract

Device for removing piles of sacks made of plastic from welding and off cutting machine. Downstream of the welding jaws is a device to grip one end of the pile. the pile lies on top of a roller and a following conveyor belt. A second roller is mounted on the ends of pivoted arms, the arms being moved by pneumatic or hydraulic actuators. Two gear trains and belt drives rotate the rollers, driven by an electric mower. The pile of sacks is gripped between the rollers, and is moved out on to the conveyor by their rotation. The speed of the rollers and converyor need not be the same. A small intermediate support table is placed between the roller and the conveyor.
